Essentially a silhouette that was crafted particularly with cross-training in mind, the shoe incorporates a stable heel that’s flexible, ideal for lateral movements and intense activities, as well as incorporating an abrasion-resistant mesh upper for superb performance and support. Renowned crossfit athlete, Lauren Fisher, is specifically featured with her own exclusive colorway in shades of Black, White and Teal, while two additional finishes of Black/White and Grey/Pink/White will be offered as well. You can find all three women’s colorways of the Nike MetCon 1 at Nike retailers starting July 16th for $120 each.
