The women’s exclusive Nike WMNS Air Force 1 Shell is back in a new “Midnight Turquoise” colorway to welcome fall. Evoking military and utilitarian sensibilities, the model actually takes design cues from traditional mountaineering jackets, via toggle cinch loop closures on the upper and heel tab to keep water from entering into the sneaker’s sherpa sockliner. Finally, exposed stitching throughout, militaristic AF1 branding, and a sprayed swoosh rounds out the bold style.
