Nike is set to release the Nike Free Trainer 3.0 V4, and it looks to be the best version yet! The Trainer comes with a brand new revamped upper that consists of an internal heel counter. The upper is made out of a woven circular-knit mesh that actually strengthens when the foot is engaged, reducing friction during movement. The stretch on the upper also provides the shoe with both directional flexibility and strength since fibers expand lengthwise with the natural motion of the foot, while locking in place during lateral movement in order to provide stability.
The design of the shoe shows a variety of patterns generated by the use of the circular knit materials which creates quite a pop to the shoe. Equipped with a Free 3.0 outsole, the hexagonal flex grooves are molded to offer six different flex points, which help to provide the ultimate capacity for natural motion. Expect these to arrive beginning July 8th.
