This special iteration of the Nike Dunk High is part of Nike’s “Culture Day” collection inspired by the sneaker communities and unique styles of districts such as Ueno, Shibuya, and Harajuku. The sneaker nods to the Naumann Elephant, an extinct species that was native to Japan during the Middle to Late Pleistocene period. Details include a Grey upper constructed in a mix of tumbled leather with suede overlays and smooth leather on the Swooshes. Elsewhere you will find Cream accents on the laces and midsole in an effort to give the design an aged motif. Custom graphics on the translucent outsoles and insoles round out the main features of the sneaker.
