The Nike Air Force 1 High Sheed Rude Awakening pays tribute to the one time that Rasheed Wallace completely dominated the Los Angeles Lakers in the post season. It was Game 4 of the 2004 NBA Finals when an elbow that landed on Sheed’s chest caused the rude awakening that eventually turned out to be the beginning of the end for the Lakers. Sheed retaliated by taking over the second half and there was nothing the Lakers could do about it.
The Nike Air Force 1 High Sheed Rude Awakening comes dressed in a clean White and Blue Jay color scheme. Dressed in a leather upper, standout features on the shoe include the “BALL DON’T LIE” text on the ankle straps alongside the “30” (Sheed’s number), Rasheed Wallace logo/silhouette on the side of the ankle, the Blue Jay sole unit, the “2004” branded lace dubraes and the custom branded insoles.
