This New Balance 650 takes on the traditional all leather construction on the upper as Black works as the dominant color and a Royal Blue hits the toes, ankles, inner liner, tongue branding, “650” on the side panels, and the New Balance branding on the side panels and heels. A white rubber midsole and a two-tone rubber outsole finish off the look on this New Balance 650.
