139The MAHARISHI x Reebok LT Court Hemp is set to be the second collaboration between Reebok and the London-based streetwear label. This time around the collab calls on the plant fabric that’s been a mainstay in Maharishi collections since the 1990s. The MAHARISHI x Reebok LT Court Hemp comes constructed out of an off-white hemp fabric upper placed atop a chalk midsole and army green rubber outsole. Maharishi’s LT Court Hemp offers a natural, understated take on the 40-year-old court model. Key design elements include a soft suede heel tab and terry lining, Maharishi all-over logo arch bandage, Maharshi logo window box, and OG LT Court components like a deconstructed toe box and cup sole tooling.
Founded in 1994 by Hardy Blechman, Maharishi is defined by its ‘pacifist military design’ aesthetic and a strong respect for nature and utilitarian design. Following their spring 2022 collaboration on Reebok’s Classic Leather AZ, this next installment continues to showcase the brands’ mutual respect for heritage sports footwear.
