Epitome x Saucony Shadow 5000 Righteous One

Following a quick teaser, Atlanta-based boutique Epitome has finally revealed its latest collaborative project which features the Saucony Shadow 5000.

Essentially reinterpreting the silhouette, this Epitome x Saucony Shadow 5000 dubbed “Righteous One,” takes inspiration from superstitions affiliated with Middle Eastern culture and a 65-foot “Big Fish” landmark situated right across Epitome’s flagship in Atlanta, as the sneaker’s plush pig suede and leather makeup is detailed with fish scales primarily on the toe box and rear to coordinate with its respective theme. Dipped in a Turquoise/Aqua hue, the serene build rests atop a White midsole unit detailed with Golden flakes. Additional Matte Gold accents are found on the heel counter and eyelets, while the tongue is embossed with an “hamsa” and “eye of conscience” symbols. Retailing for $169, the Epitome x Saucony Shadow 5000 “Righteous One” is scheduled to drop on May 23 at Epitome.
