BAIT x Asics Gel Lyte 5 Splash City

Following their recent collaboration with Saucony, Los Angeles-based brand, BAIT has now aligned with Asics to present this forthcoming BAIT x Asics Gel Lyte 5 “Splash City” silhouette.

Made in conjunction with BAIT’s newest flagship in San Francisco, this particular iteration of the Asics Gel Lyte 5 is inspired by the Bay Area’s NBA team – Golden State Warriors. While the sneaker’s overall palette doesn’t reflect the Warriors’ signature palette per se, the low-top inherits a predominantly Black and Blue upper comprised of premium suede and nubuck overlays. Offset by a crisp, White midsole, a gradient wave design is evident along the heel portion to correlate with its respective “Splash City” moniker. Finished off with Asics’ iconic formstripes along the vamp outlined with Gold, as well as custom insoles, this limited edition BAIT x Asics Gel Lyte 5 “Splash City” is slated to arrive at BAIT on April 11 for $150.
