Flaunting a predominantly Black/Bright Crimson colorway, the sneaker’s aesthetic inspiration essentially celebrates Chinese New Year, hence the moniker. Black covers the model’s leather profile, while the defining theme is prominent on the tongue, insole and heel unit with a vibrant graphic that somewhat seems like a dragon-inspired costume.
Pops of Bright Crimson adorn the eyelets, visible bubble unit in the heel and jagged component on the midsole, as hits of Aqua and purple are applied on the outsole to cap off the bold, yet understated colorway. Other notable elements consists of translucent lace locks, black laces and icy translucent outsole.
You can find this rendition at select JB and Nike retailers starting January 23rd, 2016 for $200.
